1. Who we are
fitfinder Limited (“fitfinder”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Ireland that operates the website at fitfinder.ie. By using fitfinder you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 to create a fitfinder account. Keep your login details confidential. You're responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Bookings
When you book a class through fitfinder, your booking is a contract between you and the studio that runs the class. We facilitate the booking and payment but are not the studio. The studio sets the price, the schedule, and any class-specific terms.
4. Payment
All payments are processed via Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. fitfinder takes a small platform fee from each booking; the rest is paid to the studio.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Each studio sets its own cancellation window — by default 12 hours before class start. Cancellations made within the window are refunded the booking amount minus Stripe's processing fee, which Stripe retains on refunded charges (typically 1.5% + €0.25 on EU cards). The cancelling member absorbs this Stripe fee so studios are not out of pocket on refunds. fitfinder's commission is reversed in full on every refund. Outside the window, the booking can be cancelled but no money is returned. Studios may offer additional flexibility at their discretion.
6. Studio responsibilities
Studios listed on fitfinder are independent businesses responsible for delivering their classes safely and to the standard advertised. fitfinder is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any class.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use fitfinder to harass, defraud, or infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend any account that breaches these Terms.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, fitfinder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, your participation in any class booked through it, or any interaction with a studio.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
