How commission works
You only share a booking when we found the customer
Your own traffic — members you bring, your embedded website widget, a link you share — is always commission-free on a plan. The finder's fee is a one-timecharge on a new customer's firstbooking. After that they're your member — every booking is 0%, even if they keep coming back through FitFinder.

The marketplace rate is a one-time finder's fee on a new customer's first booking — every booking they make after that is 0%. Stripe's card-processing fee (roughly 1.5% + €0.25 per booking for EU cards) applies on top — that goes straight to Stripe, never to us, and it's the same fee your current system already pays. No setup fee, no exit fee, cancel any time.

Why it's priced this way
We started by talking to twenty Irish studios who'd been quoted 30% by ClassPass and were paying €100+ a month to a back-office tool on top. That math doesn't work for anyone running real classes.
So the deal is simple: get listed free and only pay when we actually earn you a booking. When you're ready to run everything on FitFinder, a plan makes your own bookings commission-free — because if you brought the member, we didn't earn that one. We only take a cut of customers our marketplace genuinely found you.

The things studios usually ask us next
What does it cost to just get listed?
Nothing monthly. The free Marketplace tier takes 10% per completed booking plus Stripe's standard processing fee — no setup fee, no subscription. You only pay when you earn.
What does a plan actually change?
Two things. You unlock the full back-office (member CRM, memberships, scheduling, the embeddable widget, analytics), and your OWN bookings — anyone who books through your widget, your link, or as a returning member — become commission-free. The only fee left is a one-time finder's fee (8% / 6% / 5% by plan) on a brand-new customer's FIRST booking from our marketplace — every booking they make after that is 0%, because they're your member now.
How do you know which bookings are 'mine'?
Every booking is tagged at checkout. Bookings made through your embedded widget or a link you shared are yours (0% on a plan). A brand-new customer's first booking from the marketplace carries the finder's fee — their next visit, and every one after, is 0%. Your Reports page shows the split so it's never a black box.
When does the money arrive?
Every Monday morning, covering bookings whose classes ran in the previous seven days — same on every tier. You'll see the amount and date in your dashboard the day before it sends. No minimum balance.
What happens when a member cancels?
Inside your refund window the booking is refunded the gross minus Stripe's processing fee (Stripe keeps that even on a refund), so your studio is never out of pocket. Our commission always reverses on a refund — we never keep a cut on a cancelled class. You set the window per studio (default 12 hours).
Can I get paid faster?
Yes — one tap in the dashboard. Stripe charges 1.5% on an instant payout and funds usually land within 30 minutes. FitFinder takes nothing extra.
What's the 14-day trial?
When you sign up at /join/studio you get every Studio-tier feature free for 14 days — member CRM, memberships, scheduling, the embed widget, the lot. No card required. After that you stay on the free Marketplace tier unless you pick a plan.
What if it doesn't work out?
Remove your payout details, delete your studio, walk away. No notice period, no exit fee. Your member list exports in one click before you go — they're your members, not ours.
