We charge 10%on each completed booking. Stripe takes its standard processing fee — same as your existing system does — and the rest pays out direct to your bank. No setup fee, no monthly, no exit fee. Worked example below so there's zero surprises.

Why 10%?
Honestly? Because we started by talking to twenty Irish studios who'd been quoted 30% by ClassPass and were paying €100+ a month to a back- office tool on top. That math doesn't work for anyone running real classes.
10%is what lets us run a small team in Dublin, keep the lights on, and answer your emails within a day. It's low enough that listing on fitfinder is a no-brainer; high enough that we're not relying on investor money to subsidise you.
If we ever raise it, you'll see the number change on this page first — before you see it in your Stripe report. Promise.

The things studios usually ask us next
Is 10% really all you take?
Yes. 10% commission to fitfinder, plus Stripe's standard processing fee that goes directly to Stripe — same fee your existing system pays. So a €20 class settles at €17.45 net to you. No hidden booking fees, no "premium listing" upsell, no payment-method surcharge.
When does the money actually arrive?
Every Monday morning, covering bookings whose classes ran in the previous seven days. You'll see the payout amount and the exact date in your dashboard the day before it sends — no guessing. No minimum balance.
What happens when a member cancels?
Inside your refund window: the booking is refunded the gross amount minus Stripe's processing fee (Stripe keeps that even on a refund). The member absorbs the small fee, so your studio is never out of pocket. Our 10% always reverses on a refund — we never keep our cut on a cancellation. You set the window per studio (default 12 hours).
Can I get paid faster than Monday?
Yes — one tap in the dashboard. Stripe charges 1.5% on the payout and the funds usually land within 30 minutes. fitfinder takes nothing extra. We treat instant payouts as a cashflow safety valve, not the default.
What if it doesn't work out?
Disconnect Stripe, hit remove on your studio, walk away. No notice period, no exit fee, we keep nothing. Your member CSV exports in one click before you go — they're your members, not ours.
I run 5+ studios. Different pricing?
Multi-location studios get one team login per site at no extra cost — same 10% per booking across all of them. If you're scaling past five locations or doing six-figure monthly volume, email cian@fitfinder.ie. We'll work out something tailored, no boilerplate.
What's the 14-day trial?
When you sign up at /join/studio you get every Studio-tier feature free for 14 days — member CRM, memberships, class scheduling, the embed widget, the lot. No card required. After that you stay on the free Marketplace tier (10% per booking, no monthly) unless you pick a paid plan.
What does Mindbody / Glofox cost me?
In the studios we've talked to: typically €100-300/month subscription on top of the per-booking fees, plus integrations and migration costs. fitfinder skips the subscription entirely.
