For members

  • How do I book a class?
    Find a studio via the studio directory, open the Classes tab on the studio profile, and tap a class. You'll need a FitFinder account; sign in (or create one) and we'll bring you back to finish the booking.
  • When am I charged?
    At the moment of booking, via Stripe-hosted checkout. We never see or store your card.
  • Can I cancel?
    Yes. Up to 12 hours before class start (default — each studio can set their own window) you'll get a refund of the booking amount minus the Stripe processing fee (~€0.55 on a €20 class). Stripe doesn't return their fee on a refund, so the cancelling member absorbs that small cost. Inside the window, the booking can be cancelled but no refund is issued.
  • What if a class is full?
    Tap Join waitlist on the booking page. The moment someone cancels, we'll email the next person on the list with a 60-minute booking link — first to accept gets the spot. You'll see your active waitlist entries on the My bookings page.

For studios

  • How do I list my studio?
    Sign up via the studio onboarding form. You'll be in your dashboard in under two minutes — connect Stripe from there to start taking bookings.
  • What does it cost?
    A flat 10%commission to FitFinder per completed booking, plus Stripe's standard processing fee (~1.5% + €0.25 in EU) which goes directly to Stripe — same as your existing booking system. No setup fee, no monthly subscription. See full pricing.
  • How are payouts handled?
    Straight to your bank, securely via Stripe (no Stripe account needed) — the booking amount minus our 10% commission and the standard card-processing fee lands in your linked bank account. We pay out every Monday and hold each booking until the class has actually run (and your cancellation window has closed) so a late refund never claws back from a payout you've already received. No threshold, no manual sweep — just one bank deposit per week.
  • Can I get paid out faster than Monday?
    Yes. The dashboard has an instant payout button — funds typically arrive within 30 minutes. Stripe charges 1.5% on the payout amount, paid by the studio. Use it as a cashflow safety valve; the default weekly schedule is free.
  • Can I edit my profile and timetable?
    Yes — both. Manage profile (about, amenities, hours, contact) and Manage classes (recurring weekly slots) live in your dashboard.

For corporate teams

  • How does the corporate plan work?
    Sign up via the corporate flow, set a monthly wellness budget, and invite your team. Members book classes with their own card; the dashboard shows team spend against the budget.
  • Do you handle payment for the team?
    Not yet — for v1, members pay with their own card and the budget is a tracking-only soft cap. Direct corporate payment lands in a follow-up.
