The hands-off way

Request access by email

Let Glofox hand your data straight to us

Don’t want to export spreadsheets? Glofox can switch on API access for your account, and we’ll pull your timetable, members and memberships across for you — it takes one email, which we’ve written for you below.

  1. 1

    Send one email

Copy the request below and send it to apiactivation@abcfitness.com. We've filled it in — just replace the [bracketed] bits with your details.

  2. 2

    Glofox emails your credentials

Usually within a few business days you'll get three things back: a Branch ID, an API key and an API token.

  3. 3

    Hand them to us securely

Never paste an API key or token into a website — that's Glofox's own advice. Share them with us on your onboarding call and we take it from there.

  4. 4

    We bring everything across

Your timetable, members and active memberships land in FitFinder. You review, then go live — no re-keying.

Subject: API Access Request

Business / Studio name: [your studio name]
Contact name & email: [your name] — [your email]
Intended use case & data flows (brief): One-way export of our class timetable, client list and active memberships to FitFinder (fitfinder.ie) so they can bring our data onto their booking marketplace.
Branch ID(s) / Namespace (if known): [your Glofox branch ID, or leave blank]
Expected daily request volume (avg/peak): Low — a one-time migration plus occasional refreshes (well under 100/day).
Environments required (Production/Staging + Production): Production
Target start date: [your preferred date]

We only ever read your data to bring it across — a one-way import into FitFinder, not a two-way sync. Keep using Glofox exactly as you do today.

Moving off Glofox sounds like a big job. It isn't — because it's my job, not yours. You export once, we map every class, member and pass, and nothing goes live until you've looked at it. If the AI gets something wrong, just reply to my welcome email — it comes straight to me, and I'll fix it myself.”

Prefer to export it yourself?

  1. 01 · Export from your current tool

Download one CSV — or just copy the rows. No API keys, no developer, no waiting on a vendor.

  2. 02 · Paste or upload into FitFinder

Our AI reads any format — whatever your columns are called, whatever the date and price style.

  3. 03 · Review, then go live

Check the mapped preview, untick anything you don't want, and import. Minutes, not days.

What you can bring across

Three things, each from Glofox. Do the timetable first — it's the one that gets you live.

Class timetable

In Glofox: export your weekly class timetable as a CSV — or simply copy the rows from your schedule. Our AI maps it however the columns, days, times and prices are formatted.

Members / clients

In Glofox: export your client list as a CSV — names, emails and phone numbers are all we need to bring your people across.

Active passes & memberships

In Glofox: export your active passes and memberships as a CSV. We match them to members by email and bucket anything unfamiliar so you can rename it later.

The exact menu names move around between Glofox plans and updates, so we don't sweat them — export or copy the data in whatever shape it comes out, and our AI does the rest. Can't find an export? Grab a 2-minute call and we'll do it with you.

Free to list. 10% on bookings made through FitFinder + standard card-processing fee. No monthly fee, no setup cost, and bookings in Glofox stay entirely yours.

The questions studios actually ask us

Do I have to stop using Glofox?
Not at all — and honestly, most studios don't. Keep Glofox for everything you do today. Listing on FitFinder just puts your classes in front of new members who'd never have found you; nothing about your current setup changes.
Will my existing members notice anything?
No. The members you already have keep booking with you exactly how they do now. FitFinder only fills the spots you'd otherwise run empty — with people who aren't your members yet.
What if the import gets a class wrong?
You'll catch it before anyone else does — every class lands in a preview you can edit, fix or delete before you hit import. And if something looks off once you're live, change it in a couple of clicks, or email me and I'll sort it personally.
Does this need an API key or a developer?
Nothing technical. You export a spreadsheet from Glofox (or just copy a few rows), paste it into FitFinder, and the AI maps it. If you can download a file, you can do this. Prefer not to? Book a call and we'll do it with you.
Will it create duplicates or touch my data?
The AI only ever builds a preview — nothing is added until you've looked at it and hit import. And it never writes back to Glofox: your data over there stays exactly as it is.
How long does it really take?
Most studios have their full timetable live in a few minutes. Members and passes are a second paste each, matched up by email. It's the kind of job you expect to dread and then realise you've already finished.
